Open Systems Matrix Sdn Bhd was founded in 2003 with a clear purpose — to provide small and medium-sized businesses with the kind of reliable IT support that was previously only available to large corporations.
Our founder came from a background working with multinational IT companies including RedHat, Compaq, HP, Quantum ATL and Qlogic. He saw first-hand how many companies struggled to find reliable, knowledgeable IT support that truly understood their business needs.
